A letter for you

Hugs Milo

Quick Little Ditties

Well, today I need to pop a couple of things in the mail so I created a couple of quick little cards.  I was experimenting with using the same piece of Basic Grey background paper for some pops of color.

Here is a little birthday card.  Inside, I used my label maker to create the sentiment "Best Fishes".
Stampotique stamps used: Fish Tile and Quiet Place
Here is a little thank you card that was super quick but will still hold loads of gratitude!  The wings pop up more in person so it looks like the butterfly has landed on Jasmin's shoe...
Stampotique stamps used: Jasmin, Small Butterfly, Plant kindness and gather love
Have a fabulous day!

Three cards with my first Stampotique stamp

The cards are old... I´ve done them for a few years ago.

Mist Colour Swatch

I'm right in the middle of a good old sort out of stash at the moment and, rather than actually go through what I have and do any 'proper' sorting, I decided it would be a good idea to do a colour swatch of the mists and sprays that I have! I've used ~{2088 - Wow}~ to help me with this as it reminds me of myself when I first get up in the morning!

I stamped and embossed with black embossing powder (a current favourite), cut a mask so that just the hair got sprayed and then picked up the spray with a brush to colour the body.

They're on black tags held together with a book ring and loads of ribbons

I'm hanging them on my Big Bite as it fits perfectly and will be in easy reach.

A good cup of Coffee will Sing to you!

I've never been a Coffee Drinker, never been able to tolerate the taste, no matter how much Cream or Sugar I added. It has always just tasted bitter to me. I do have to tell you though that there is NOTHING like the aroma of fresh coffee brewing! YUMMMMY!!!!!

I created this card for the Crazy 4 Challenges group that I am on. I used 2113 Musical Cup and 7137 Strung. For more details on how I made this card, please visit my blog

Enjoy your Saturday,

Vicki

Bird in a Cage

I've made quite a plain and simple card this time using black embossing powder for the images and colouring them using Twinkling H2O's. I've used Distress Inks to colour the base card.

I have used the following stamps by Jo Capper-Sandon:
~{3002 Daisy Daisy}~
~{3011 Quiet Place}~
and this one by Janet Klein:
~{9215 Bird in a Cage}~
