Tuesday with Val and a Song Inspiration

Today, I'm happy to be able to share a project I made for a recent Stampotique Facebook Group ATC swap.  The theme for this one was "Sing a Song". If you're familiar with this song, you'll know why I was giggling the whole time I made this project! :)
