This quick card was made just with stamping and doodling.
I stamped ~{9173 Hutching's}~ (so stylish) and ~{9005 Happy Birthday}~onto the card blank and masked them, then I used 2 shades of inkpad on ~{7134 Mesh}~ and doodled some details before adding a button and thread.

Mix and match!
I love to mix and match bodies and heads, so to make make the calendar page in my art journal this month I used the head of Clover and the body of Heart Shirt which I coloured with Prismas. Fun!
Thanks for looking, Kate

Olive rose necklace
I bought a lot of stylestones a couple of years ago. They are perfect to stamp on. For this one I used Olive rose and Dream definition. I stamped the image on the stylestone with chalkink. Heatsetted it and colored it with inks and Tombow markers. I stamped the dream definition partly over the image. To finish it I coated the stylestone with several layers of clear embossingpowder, took some matching beads and made a necklace of it.

Blah...Blah...Blah...
Hi, Lisa here today and I wanted to let you know that there is still time to play along with this weeks Stampotique Designers Challenge, we'd love to your your altered page! This weeks challenge is open to ANY stamp company, but if you have Stampotique images, we'd love to see you use them!
Here's my altered page using Ranger Distress Stains and Color Wash Sprays and an assortment of Stampotique images
To create the BG, I used Ranger Distress Stain in Forest Moss, Wild Honey, Tumbled Glass and Fired Brick, once dry, I stamped the Honey Comb BG in Gesso, then spritzed lightly with Stream Color Wash. The majority of my images are stamped in Ranger Black Archival, the Tree and Mesh BG are stamped in Coffee and Bla Bla Bla was stamped in Vermillion. To add color to the Fence, I painted it with Picket Fence Distress Stain. Sheer and Toby are stamped in Black Archival then colored with Distress Inks. I added some doodles throughout the page with White Gel Pen, and added Scattered Straw Ink to age the page.
Details:
Stamps - Stampotique
Ink - Ranger Distress Ink Faded Jeans, Fired Brick, Walnut Stain, Scattered Straw, Ranger Coffee Archival, Black Archival, Vermillion Archival, Distress Stain Picket Fence, Fired Brick, Forest Moss, Wild Honey, Tumbled Glass, Color Wash - Stream
Other - Journal Book, Gesso, Ink Blending Tool, White Gel Pen, Non Stick Craft Mat, Spritz Bottle, Heat Tool, H20 Brush

New Home card
I've made a quick and easy new home card and the phrase on the stamp is perfect as my sister's friend lives in America.
I added two different coloured inkpads randomly to ~{7134 Mesh}~ so it's nice and uneven, then stamped ~{5094 The road to a friend's home is never long}~ on a separate piece of card and coloured it with Copics.
It was finished off with 3 gems and some doodled frames.

Rocky, a quick and easy card
Here is a real quick and easy card. I stamped Stampotique's Rocky and masked it. Then I splashed ecoline in 2 colours on my card with a brush . I removed the mask and coloured the image with the same colours of ecoline. Finished by stamping the Stampotique Freakin' people.. stamp in black. Less than 10 minutes work.

Baby Wipe Swipe background by Joanne Wardle
I made this for the gingersnap challenge to make a card using baby wipes.
To make the background I wrapped some babywipes around the edge of my acrylic block and dabbed it onto a multicoloured inkpad. I then wiped this across the card to make a simple but colourful effect. I then added lots and lots of stampotique stamps using the same inkpad.
I finished with a girl stamp and a hello for a general greeting.

A Bee in My Bonnet
I've made this canvas based on something my niece said recently and I have lost it to her already! I guess that's a complement!
I've used ~{6071 Perl's}~ body and thought if your head was being stung you may well become swollen, so she now has ~{6086 Clover's}~ head. I've used a chipboard beehive as a hat and then used loads of ~{3000 Mini Bees}~ including the offending one coming out of the hive.

Hearts
I saw these heartframes in a shop and loved them, although they are a bit over the top perhaps. I used Stampotique stamps and Perfect pearls in soft tones. You don't see the nice glimmery effect of the pearls very well on the photographs, but I think it look wonderful and very subtle in real. These are the stamps I used: Joyful, Child and Word collage. Please click on the single heart pictures to have a closer look.

Misunderstood
I think Twinkie is a bit misunderstood, he just wants to have a good time! He's super excited about this weeks color challenge of Red, Yellow and Orange, and hopes you'll grab your Stampotique images and play along.
I created a BG with Ranger Distress Stains (Wild Honey/Fired Brick) and Distress Reinker (Mustard Seed), on Watercolor paper, then did some Ghosting with the Mesh BG stamp. I added the Honeycomb BG with White Gesso, and the Hexagon in Black Archival. Twinkie is stamped in Black Archival and colored with Distress Inks.

confetti holes tutorial by Joanne Wardle
I have the 5th part of my series on one layer cards in the issue of Craft Stamper which is out today.
In this "episode" I look at holes and apertures. In one of the "further idea" pieces I made confetti shaped holes, and I've been asked if they are hard to do.
They are not!
here's a quick tutorial of how to do them. This is not the card that is in the magazine, but a quick one made with a stamp from Stampotique.
Stamp image
to create confetti, use craft knife to make a wiggly cut
make another wiggly cut alongside this, crossing it once, twice, or more, if you like, or you can not cross them at all.
join the ends of the lines with cuts.
pop out the pieces
repeat process for more confetti
add more holes with a hole punch.
colour the image, and the inside of the card if desired.

Mwah!
Have you joined us for our current challenge using red, orange and yellow? If not, you have until Tuesday evening to join us for your chance to win a $30 gift certificate for Stampotique stamps.
This is a creation our July guest designer, Annette Ward created. I love how the tiny hearts come off her large die cut heart and the sentiment is perfect.
We have loved seeing what Annette has created with her Stampotique stamps during the month of July and look forward to seeing what our next guest designer will be creating.

New Home Card by Joanne Wardle
The theme at Moving Along With the Times is "brand spanking new" so I'm going to enter this simple new home card that I made for a friend using Stampotique stamps.
I decided to cut the inside of the row houses stamp out so that you can see into the card, where I stamped the sun (this took some very careful use of a stamp positioner!)
I stamped the image onto patterned papers and paper pieced the designs.
